Finding a wedding stationer that you feel confident can bring your ideas to life may seem like a daunting task. We are here to make this part of wedding planning as seamless and streamlined as possible! We do all of our artwork in-house and pay special attention to making sure that everything stays cohesive and collaborative. From samples to realistic mockup-ups, it’s important to us that you know exactly what you will be receiving.

INVESTMENT

Setting the tone for your wedding guests starts here! Invitations are their first peek into what your weekend will look like, and our goal is create an experience that will have your guests extra excited to witness the best day of your life! Our minimum order for wedding suites starts at $1500 between design + production. Begin by determining your overall budget for invitations. This includes not just the cost of the invitations themselves, but also additional expenses such as postage, reply cards, and any bells + whistles or special assembly. We are dedicated to helping you create the suite of your dreams while keeping your budget at the forefront of your project. Upgrades are always available if you find yourself wanting to splurge on something you decide you can't possibly live without!

 

Commitment

Getting started is easy! Booking requires a non-refundable $250 fee. You will receive a link to book after filling out the form you’ll receive after your inquiry submission once you’re ready. This fee is deducted from your final invitation totals and includes samples that will be mailed straight to your door. Not ready to commit? No problem! Paper samples are available for purchase for $30 and will be subtracted from your ending balance if you choose to move forward. Please visit this link to inquire; you will be able to check all of the things that you’re interested in and we will get back to you with a personalized quote. Upon booking, we will schedule a call discussing the things you’d like to move forward with, a timeline and any other additional details with and you’ll receive a contract to get the ball rollin’! 50% of your payment is due at the time of order, and the remaining 50% is due at the time of shipment. Once your contract is signed and you are considered a booked client, the FUN begins! You will receive your first proof and mockup based on our agreed timeline, and we will simply go from there. Details regarding proofing, etc. will be more thoroughly listed in your contract. After artwork approval, we’ll celebrate and send everything to print! We will not send anything to the press without your final approval. We are not liable for any additional charges due to errors or changes that need to be made following initial production.

Speaking of timeline, creating a schedule that works for everyone is a crucial step in the paper planning process. Timelines vary depending on the type of artwork you’re wanting or print process you choose. In-town wedding invitations are currently recommended to be mailed 6-10 weeks in advance with destination weddings mailed anywhere from 10-14 weeks in advance. That being said, production lead times take 4-6 weeks with custom design simply varying on the type of artwork you’re wanting. The suggested booking time is no later than 5 months out of your big day. Don’t be afraid to reach out if you have a quick turnaround—we are typically able to work with short timelines, however, it does affect the different types of work that we are able to do. Start times on our end simply depend on what our current schedule is. We usually schedule “backwards” based on your wedding date. More on that later!

 

Extras

Extras, or “funsies” as we like to call them, really bring your wedding weekend to life! If you’re looking for cups, koozies, programs, signage—all of the things—you are in the right place! We love going the extra mile in adding sparkle to your experience. Typically, we prioritize your invitations and get started on the extras a month or so out of the big weekend. Lead times are much shorter depending on what you’re wanting and you can get a better idea of how much you want to spend here once invitations have been put in the mail.
