Policy

All artwork created for your wedding stationery is the intellectual property of the designer. By placing an order, you acknowledge that the designs, illustrations, and any custom artwork remain the exclusive property of the designer. This includes all digital files. While you will receive the right to use the designs for your personal wedding stationery under Mac Gallagher Design, reproduction, resale, or distribution of the artwork without prior written consent is prohibited. Additionally, any changes or alterations to artwork are prohibited without consent. Artwork is available to license for approved outside use under the ownership of Mac Gallagher Design. Any use of the designer’s work, including but not limited to publications, digital media, and promotional materials, must include clear and accurate credit to the designer, including the designer’s name (McKinley Gallagher) and business (Mac Gallagher Design.) Thank you for your understanding and support of our creative work!
